We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect state.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
- Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless defective).
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.

- Exchanges are accepted for size or colour issues within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in original condition with tags.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/colour is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as preferred.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
